In recent years, Wellcom client Harris Scarfe has been working to alter consumers’ perceptions of the brand. While HS is a retailer with an exceptionally good value story to tell, it has steadily evolved the brands available in store to include higher end brands across fashion and home wares. Add to this, initiatives such as the introduction of HS Boutique, and we see a retail brand working hard to broaden its appeal.
We believe we can play a role in enhancing Harris Scarfe’s style credentials by creating and curating content that will help shift the consumer’s perceptions of the HS brand, embodying the HS slogan ‘Love HS’.
This was the catalyst for the creation of an exciting and sticky content solution – HS Love the Look. Run entirely online and distributed via a media centre within the new HS website as well as social platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, HS Love the Look features a stylist discussing a hot look from the current catalogue – in fashion or home wares – and discussing how to shop that look. The concept is still in development but assets can be seen here.
